Note: Chaperones must be pre-approved by the William S. Hart Unified School District.

Payment Schedule:

• Non-refundable deposit of $250 due by Friday, January 17, 2025
• Payment 1 of $450 due by Friday, February 7, 2025
• Payment 2 of $450 due by Friday, February 28, 2025
• Final balance of $450 due by Friday, March 21, 2025

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

Group travel requires significant advance planning and purchasing. Should you choose to cancel, you will be responsible for all purchases made on your behalf (including hotel, air travel, tours, and meals) that exceed the $250 non-refundable deposit.

Eligibility:

Students are eligible for the trip only if their individual choir contribution goal has been met and paid in full, and if they are academically eligible at the time of travel.
